Settings
Prescription logo
This logo appears at the top (centre) of your printed prescription. A square image works best. Synced to all devices.
Signature
Sign on white paper (black ink is best) and take a clear photo. It prints above your name on every prescription.
Seal / Stamp
Photo of your clinic seal/stamp on white paper. It prints next to your signature on every prescription.
Waiting-room video (Watch tab)
Lab assistant
Whoever logs in with this email sees only the Lab section (not the patient list/settings). Create this user in Firebase β Authentication first.
Doctor (aap)
Only this email gets full access (Records + Settings). Any other email β even if created in Firebase β sees nothing without permission.
Medical shops
These users can register patients and fill RGHS ID, vitals, labs, medicines + quantity and total duration. They only see the πͺ Shop and π Register tabs β no records, money or settings. Create each user in Firebase β Authentication first.
Pharmacist
Logging in with this email shows only the Pharmacy section. Create this user in Firebase β Authentication first.
Second pharmacist / supervisor β also sees the same Pharmacy section (today's total sale + each patient's sale). Create this user separately in Firebase.
Nursing officer
Logging in with this email shows only the Nursing section. Create this user in Firebase β Authentication first.
Dastakhat (PDF Signature)
Only staff logged in with these emails will see the Dastakhat button on the Clinic tab. The doctor always sees it. If empty, no staff sees it. Each user must exist in Firebase β Authentication.
Patient Contacts
Creates a contacts file with every patient's name, village and mobile number (duplicates by number are merged, latest visit wins). Open the downloaded file on your phone and it will offer to add them all to your contact list.
Nursing procedures list
These become tap-to-order chips in the Prescription screen (Nursing orders). Injections are not listed here β they reach nursing automatically when the pharmacy dispenses them.
Injections list (for auto-detect)
Only used so the app recognises an injection when the pharmacy dispenses it and forwards it to nursing. Names starting with "Inj." are detected automatically β add unusual ones here.
My prescription medicines
These become quick-tap chips in the Prescription panel. Add or remove β synced to every device.
One-time scan of every patient's past prescriptions β adds anything missing from the list above, so it becomes searchable.
Rx Templates (medicine-only quick sets)
Save common combos (e.g. "Fever", "UTI") β one tap in the Prescription panel adds all their medicines to the Rx, still fully editable after.
Investigations list
These become quick-tap chips in the π§ͺ Investigations panel. Add or remove as needed.
Lab report fields
These become input boxes in the Labs section of the Prescription panel (alongside TLC, HB, etc.). Add a new field for any test you want to record results for.
Lab test rates
These test + charge pairs become tap-to-add chips in the Lab tab. The lab assistant taps to add the charge.
